Terms of Use

These terms cover booking a station and spending time at CLICKBASE PC CLUB. Using this website or a seat at the club means you agree to them. We have kept the language plain — no traps in the fine print.

Last updated: 23 July 2026. CLICKBASE PC CLUB trades from 100 Queen Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia.

What we offer

CLICKBASE sells time on tuned gaming stations — by the hour, by the four-hour practice block, and by the paired Duo Deck seat. Every station runs the same fast build; you are paying for time on a good machine, not a hardware tier. We do not sell physical products, downloads or subscriptions through this site.

Booking a seat

Bookings are made through the booking form or by email to [email protected]. A request is not confirmed until we reply with a confirmation. We hold your seat for the room and block you chose; if the exact seat is unavailable we will offer the nearest equivalent in the same room. Walk-ins are welcome when seats are free, but a booking is the only way to guarantee a station at a set time.

Payment

You pay at the desk when you arrive; the booking form takes no card details. Rates are shown on the home page and at the desk, and the price you are quoted at confirmation is the price you pay. If you run over your booked block and seats allow, we will extend it at the standard hourly rate. We accept the usual card and contactless methods in-venue.

Arriving and running late

Please arrive at the start of your block so we can log you in and warm the station. We hold a booked seat for fifteen minutes past the start time; after that, if the floor is full, we may release it to a waiting player and the block counts from your original start. If you know you will be late, a quick email helps us hold the seat.

House rules

The room stays good because everyone keeps it that way. In short: food at the counter and drinks in lidded cups, no re-cabling or opening a station, no installing software outside what the machine offers, and no filming other players without their say-so. Keep comms at a whisper in Focus Bay. Treat the crew and other players decently. We can end a session without refund if these are broken.

Conduct and eligibility

CLICKBASE is a shared space. Harassment, threats, cheating tools, damage to equipment, or turning up affected by alcohol or drugs will end your session and may end your welcome here. The crew on shift has the final call on the floor, and their decision on seating, conduct and closing time stands.

Age and game classification

Some titles carry Australian classification ratings, and the crew may decline to run a restricted game for anyone who cannot show they meet the rating. A parent or guardian is responsible for what a minor in their care plays and for any charges on that seat.

This website

There is no login to create — the site is a booking front and information page. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or probe the site for weaknesses. The text, images and layout on this site belong to CLICKBASE PC CLUB and are for viewing, not reuse, without our permission. We keep rates, hours and specs current, but details can change between visits — if a figure matters to your plan, email the desk to confirm.

Changes, closures and availability

We may need to close early, take stations offline for maintenance, or adjust rates and hours. Where a change affects a confirmed booking we will contact you and offer a new time or a refund of anything paid ahead. We do not guarantee that every game, patch or peripheral you want will be available on the day.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, you use the club and its equipment at your own risk for ordinary gaming use, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost progress, or personal items left unattended. Our responsibility for any single booking is limited to what you paid for it. See our Disclaimer for more.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute is dealt with by the courts of that state. If one clause is found unenforceable, the rest still stand. Questions? Email [email protected].
